All of us need help from others to get our jobs done.  Many times we are not getting the help needed because we are not: clearing defining what needs to be done; making it easy for the other person to help us; or showing appreciation when they do help.  This presentation will discuss 3 ways to obtain the needed help from others: 1) using data as our helper, 2) leveling of actions, and 3) shaping.  Each one of these can make a big difference in the amount of cooperation, support, and help you receive from those important partners around you.
