Russell Justice grew up in a mill village, picked cotton in the fields, worked the 2nd shift in the mill while in high school and Co-op at Marshall Space Flight Center while getting his engineering degrees from Auburn University.

 

His fascination with combining applied behavioral science with his engineering background led to the development of the Accelerating Continuous Improvement (ACI) process which is the best-known method for achieving organization excellence. 

 

Working with leadership teams across a wide spectrum of organizations, he has 5 decades of hands-on experience designing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that have proved that leadership can be both simplified and transformative.
