Exec to Exec Customer Stewardship

In most every business or organization there are a few customers/clients that represents a sizeable portion of both time spent providing the product or service and the value resulting from those interactions.  The E2E Stewardship Initiative is a basic building block for becoming a “preferred supplier” to these Key Customers.  In the E2E initiative, company executives are assigned the responsibility to develop long-term, ongoing, personal relationships with the key customers they are paired with.
